Customise with handwritten calligraphy, or using your editing software of choice, with the character's name, date of demise, and method of joining the choir invisible. Choose from "heroic" or "stupid" as the way they cancelled their subscription to in-game life, and print away!

As a Dungeon Master, Game Master, or Storyteller, print these up in advance and fill in as necessary!
